The first hotdog is not the first hotdog one would imagine, but it’s an established recipe from Idaho, USA. The Idaho dog uses the Idaho potato instead of a bun!

Ingredients:
๐ญ Dietz&Watson NY style hotdogs (made in PA) – first time trying these, they are super skinny (donโt overcook), but juicy with a nice texture! ๐ญ one of the best grocery store hotdogs tried so far ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ
๐ง Yanceyโs Fancy cheese is made in NY- my fav is the 18 month aged xxx-tra sharp cheddar, but this one is fun!
๐ฅ Idaho potatoes, I donโt have a microwave so this recipe takes an hour, but Iโm sure itโs much more delicious this way!
๐ง Kerrygold butter – use good butter, good ingredients = good food
๐ง Onion, chive, salt, pepper, sour cream ๐
