The first hotdog is not the first hotdog one would imagine, but it’s an established recipe from Idaho, USA. The Idaho dog uses the Idaho potato instead of a bun!

Ingredients:

๐ŸŒญ Dietz&Watson NY style hotdogs (made in PA) – first time trying these, they are super skinny (donโ€™t overcook), but juicy with a nice texture! ๐ŸŒญ one of the best grocery store hotdogs tried so far ๐ŸŒญ๐ŸŒญ๐ŸŒญ๐ŸŒญ

๐Ÿง€ Yanceyโ€™s Fancy cheese is made in NY- my fav is the 18 month aged xxx-tra sharp cheddar, but this one is fun!

๐Ÿฅ” Idaho potatoes, I donโ€™t have a microwave so this recipe takes an hour, but Iโ€™m sure itโ€™s much more delicious this way!

๐Ÿงˆ Kerrygold butter – use good butter, good ingredients = good food
